I work with companies to support: Neurodivergent Employees through tailored 1:1 coaching. Managers who want to support ND team members with more confidence. Co-Coaching for employees and managers together to build better communication. Group Coaching for teams working on inclusion, psychological safety, or collaboration. Workplace Transformations using the BASICS Framework to shift from awareness to action.
Can coaching be delivered in groups?
Yes. Group coaching is available for neurodivergent individuals, mixed-neurotype teams, or managers. We create sessions that are inclusive, interactive, and designed to accommodate different communication and processing needs.
How is confidentiality managed?
Strictly. Individual coaching is always confidential. In organisational settings, I share only anonymised insights unless the individual gives explicit permission. Psychological safety is non-negotiable in this work.
