Resources

Practical resources for planning work, understanding needs, and navigating communication. Built for how neurodivergent minds actually operate.

For the fuller approach behind them, see the six frameworks at the end.

The Energy and Engagement Planner

Match your work to your current energy and engagement. Replace your task list with a framework designed for neurodivergent professionals. Plan for fluctuating capacity, instead of battling against it.

The N.A.M.E. Script

A short, repeatable way to ask for what you need at work. Use this resource to move away from over-explaining, over-justifying, or turning simple preferences into disclosures you never chose to make.

The Ambiguity Gap

Not knowing something isn't a flaw to fix. It's a signal to sort, using the same three moves each time. Use this resource to work through the moments when something is unclear, before your mind fills the gap with a worse story than the truth. The goal isn't to remove all ambiguity. It's to stop being run by it.

The Transition Ritual Builder

A habit is automatic. It forms through repetition, usually without much design. A ritual is different. It's a short sequence you create on purpose to shift yourself into "ready" before something hard. Use the G.E.A.R. acronym to get moving.

The Sixty-Second RESET Resource

Instead of knee-jerk reactions or responses you come to regret later, a sixty-second reset gives you time to take stock. By recognising what’s happening, engaging your senses and slowing down in the moment, you can focus your attention to where it’s needed in the moment.

Six frameworks. Start with the situation you recognise.

My coaching is built on frameworks formed from how neurodivergent minds actually operate.

Each one begins with a situation you will recognise.
